Hi there, I'm Bonnie. I'm the co-founder of Greenher and the nutritionist behind the formula.
I came to nutrition through loss in my own family. Watching what happens when prevention isn't on the table early enough. A decade of study and work followed, a masters, PhD, and postdoc, working with women through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. But the question underneath all of it was always the same one I started with: what compounds, quietly, over decades. What we eat, what we don't, and how much of it shows up later.
The pattern that kept showing up in the research: women knew what to do. They just couldn't keep doing it. The advice was endless. The daily reality was harder.
