Greenher is a plant-based, nutrient-dense daily greens blend created to support women’s unique health needs. With over 80 vitamins, minerals and naturally occurring tract nutrients, plus prebiotics and probiotics, it helps bridge the gaps in modern diets and strengthens everyday wellbeing.
Greenher was formulated with women in mind, focusing on energy, iron, hormone health, and daily balance. While men can enjoy it too, the recipe was tailored specifically to women’s nutritional needs. It’s not designed for children.
Because women’s nutrition deserves centre stage. Greenher is made to honour and support women, while staying inclusive of anyone who feels the formula supports their body. For too long, women have had to make do with products designed for men, this is a step in the right direction. It also doesn't mean to say men can't enjoy the product too.
We use food-based, bioavailable nutrients sourced for their purity and effectiveness. That means native Australian superfoods like Kakadu plum and lemon myrtle, 80% organic botanicals, and carefully chosen minerals and fermented wholefoods. Every ingredient is selected with both your health and the planet in mind.
Greenher delivers a broad spectrum of nutrients designed to cover common gaps in women’s diets, focusing on the ones most often depleted or overlooked.
Yes. We use a gentle, food-based, bioavailable iron to support energy, oxygen transport, and menstrual health.
Around 45% of Greenher’s ingredients are certified organic, including spirulina, green banana resistant starch, acerola cherry, and mushroom extracts.
We source locally wherever possible, and globally where ingredients are at their purest - think Australia, the UK, Peru, Brazil, and beyond. Each one is chosen for quality, effectiveness, and ethical production.
Yes. 100% plant-based, with no animal ingredients, ever.
Because what’s good for your body should also be good for the planet. We choose ingredients that are organic, ethical, and traceable - supporting clean farming practices and sustainability.
Yes. Our manufacturing partner is certified carbon neutral under Australia’s Climate Active program and offsets emissions to minimise environmental impact.
Greenher is blended in Australia with strict quality control at every step - from formulation to packaging- so you can trust what’s inside.
We respect Indigenous knowledge and culture. Native botanicals are sourced responsibly, with transparency around supply chains to ensure authenticity and integrity.
Some of the nutrients in Greenher are synthesised, and we think it’s important to be upfront about why.
“Synthetic” doesn’t always mean artificial or harmful. In many cases, it means the nutrient has been isolated, stabilised, or produced through fermentation to ensure it’s bioavailable, consistent, and safe to include in a powdered formula.
For example:
Our vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, often created via fermentation. It’s the active form your body can use immediately.
Our folate is in a methylated form (not synthetic folic acid), which supports better absorption, especially in women with common gene variations.
Our iron is chelated (bound to amino acids) to be gentler on the stomach and more effective.
We also use wholefood-based sources wherever possible, including sea minerals, fermented botanicals, and organic plant powders. But in some cases, synthesised versions are actually better, especially when it comes to stability, absorption, and dose accuracy.
We have considered every ingredient in Greenher and our approach has been:
- Wholefood where it works best.
- Synthesised where it’s safer, gentler, or more reliable.
All of our nutrients are carefully selected for their bioavailability, safety, and effectiveness, and are included at levels that align with the nutritional needs of women.
If you’re unsure about anything or have a specific concern, please check our full ingredient list, reach out to us, or chat to your health provider.
Mix one scoop into water, plant-based milk, or your favourite smoothie. It’s best enjoyed in the morning as part of your daily ritual.
Yes. Greenher is food-based and balanced for daily use. It’s designed to give you what you need—without megadoses or unnecessary fillers.
It’s always smart to. While Greenher is safe for most adults, a practitioner can help tailor your supplement routine based on your unique needs.
It’s refreshing and naturally citrusy, with subtle notes of Kakadu plum and lemon myrtle. No artificial flavours, sweeteners, or stevia—just clean, delicious flavour.
For many women, Greenher can replace a multivitamin. But everyone’s needs are different—speak with your health practitioner if you’re unsure.
No. Greenher is designed to complement a balanced diet—not replace it. The best results come from combining it with a wholefoods-rich lifestyle.
Greenher hasn’t been tested in pregnant or breastfeeding women, so out of an abundance of caution (and in line with Australian regulatory guidelines), we don’t recommend it during these times unless approved by your healthcare provider.
That being said, the ingredients in Greenher are food-based, gentle, and thoughtfully chosen, and many are commonly found in prenatal and postnatal diets. However, because pregnancy and lactation are unique and sensitive life stages with specific nutrient needs, it’s important that any supplement is tailored to your circumstances.
We always suggest checking in with your GP, OB/midwife or dietitian before introducing any new product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
If you’re currently taking a prenatal or postnatal multivitamin, we recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before adding Greenher into your routine. While Greenher was formulated to support women’s daily needs - not to megadose - it does contain meaningful levels of nutrients like iron, iodine, folate and vitamin A, which are also commonly found in prenatals.
Taking both together may result in high daily intakes for certain nutrients, which isn’t always beneficial, and in some cases, can be harmful in excess.
Greenher isn’t designed to replace a pregnancy-specific multivitamin. But if you’re postpartum or trying to conceive and considering shifting your supplement routine, your GP, OB/midwife or dietitian can help you decide what’s right for you.
If you’re in the strict early phase, you may want to wait - since Greenher includes fermented botanicals, mushrooms, and nutritional yeast. But it’s a great addition during reintroduction or maintenance phases.
Yes, for most healthy adults. But if you’re on medication, managing a condition, or already taking supplements, check in with your healthcare professional to avoid doubling up.
Yes. It’s free from dairy, gluten (tested <5ppm), soy, GMOs, artificial additives, and preservatives. It contains wheatgrass and barley grass leaf (not the grain), nutritional yeast, and medicinal mushrooms—all well tolerated by most people.
Greenher is fully plant-based and free from alcohol, animal products, and additives. While not yet certified kosher or halal, many of its ingredients align with those standards. If certification matters for you, check the ingredient list with your community or advisor.
No it does not.
Greenher is formulated using high-quality, food-based and plant-derived ingredients. It contains no banned substances listed by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) as of our most recent review.
We do not include:
Synthetic stimulants
Hormonal agents
Prohormones
Banned herbal extracts (e.g. synephrine, ephedra)
Artificial performance enhancers
The ingredients in Greenher are chosen for their nutritional benefits and functional support, not for performance enhancement. They include vitamins, minerals, plant-based botanicals and fermented wholefoods, all of which are commonly found in everyday diets.
While we do not currently hold Informed Sport or HASTA certification (third-party testing programmes for sports supplements), we are exploring this for future production batches. If you are a professional or elite-level athlete subject to drug testing, we recommend consulting your sporting body or medical team and reviewing WADA’s current guidelines, especially if supplement use is tightly regulated in your discipline.
Please contact our customer support team if you have further questions
Yes, GreenHer is generally safe to take alongside HRT.
Many of the nutrients in GreenHer, including magnesium, vitamin D, iodine and B vitamins, can actually complement the needs of people navigating perimenopause and menopause. These nutrients support energy, mood, bone health and hormone metabolism, which are all especially relevant during this life stage.
GreenHer doesn’t contain any phytoestrogens or herbs known to interfere with hormone therapy. However, it does include naturally occurring iodine from kelp, which supports healthy thyroid and hormonal function. The amount included is considered safe and within the recommended daily intake for adults, but if you have a thyroid condition or are under medical care, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider.
As always, for individualised guidance (especially if you’re taking medications or managing a health condition), speak to your health practitioner.
You can find the full ingredient list and nutrition panel on the pouch or view it in more detail on our ingredients and benefits page.
Your answer here.Yes, Greenher can be safely taken alongside GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro. These medications can reduce appetite and food intake, which may lead to unintended nutrient gaps over time.
Greenher is a gentle, food-based way to support your body with key nutrients like iron, magnesium, vitamin B12, and vitamin D, which are especially important when you’re eating less or experiencing digestive changes.
If you experience nausea or slower digestion, we recommend:
- Taking Greenher earlier in the day, when your stomach feels more settled.
- Mixing it with water or plant milk, not a heavy smoothie.
- Starting with a half scoop if you’re feeling sensitive, and working up to a full scoop as tolerated.
As always, if you have specific medical conditions or are taking other medications, please speak to your healthcare provider to make sure everything works well together.
Why might someone on GLP-1 medications need extra nutrient support?
These medications can lead to reduced appetite and calorie intake, which may increase the risk of nutrient shortfalls. Supporting your body with essential vitamins, minerals, and protein becomes even more important during long-term use, especially to help protect against muscle loss, bone density concerns (like osteoporosis), and general fatigue.
Greenher is not a substitute for food, but it can help bridge common gaps and provide consistent, baseline support for women navigating changes to their diet, weight, or health routines.
While Greenher is rich in essential micronutrients, it is not a significant source of protein. If you’re using GLP-1 medications, your protein needs may be even higher to help maintain lean muscle mass and metabolic health.
We recommend pairing Greenher with a high-protein food or shake to support energy, satiety, and long-term wellbeing.
Great news - we’ve formulated Greenher using methylated folate (5-MTHF), which is the active, bioavailable form of folate that’s suitable for people with MTHFR variants. This was a really important decision for us during formulation.
We haven’t used synthetic folic acid or fortified folate, so you’re absolutely good to go.
This statement is required by Australian food regulations for any product classified as a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food (FSSF) - which Greenher is.
It doesn’t mean that Greenher contains unsafe ingredients. In fact, our blend is made with predominantly food-based, gentle ingredients, and many people may find it aligns with their health needs. However, under Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) rules, any product in this category must carry this exact advisory - regardless of its ingredient profile.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 15, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before using Greenher. We’re always happy to share ingredient details with your practitioner.
