Our Story
Greenher started because of a gap Bonnie found in her own kitchen. She had switched to sea salt years earlier - cleaner, less processed, better. What she didn't realise until she started running the numbers was that iodised table salt had been quietly doing an important job sea salt doesn't do. She had removed a nutrient without knowing she needed it.
When she looked more carefully at her own meals - genuinely good meals, made carefully - she found the same kind of gaps. Iron in a form that wasn't absorbing. Folate as folic acid when her body needed L-methyltetrahydrofolate. Calcium without the co-factors that make it work. Not because she was doing anything wrong. Because nobody had built something with her specific biology in mind.
Greenher is what she built to fill those gaps properly.
