Dr Bonnie Brammall, PhD, MHumNutr, BAppSci
Greenher was born out of years of listening to women; in clinics, research interviews, community settings, and everyday life; and hearing the same story: “I want to eat well, but I’m exhausted, overwhelmed, and pulled in too many directions.” I know that story well, not only because I’ve heard it in my work, but because I live it too.
Over the past decade, I’ve completed a Master’s and PhD, worked in reproductive health research, and launched a local project to help people access nutrient-rich food. All of that has led to this moment - creating something practical, real and supportive for women in their busiest, most demanding years.
Greenher is for women navigating busy, demanding seasons - hectic schedules, in the thick of raising kids, leading teams, managing symptoms of perimenopause, or all of the above. These are the years where energy is low, time is short, and even those with a “pretty good” diet often fall short on key nutrients like iron, vitamin D, magnesium or things that nourish.
