Nutrition across adulthood
One formula. How you take it can change.
Nutrient requirements change across adulthood. Greenher's formula does not, but where it sits in your day can change with your nutritional priorities.
Women 19–50
If iron is a priority
Women aged 19–50 have an Australian RDI of 18 mg of iron per day. One serve of Greenher provides 12 mg.
To support iron absorption, have Greenher away from tea, coffee and calcium-rich foods such as milk or yoghurt. Greenher already provides vitamin C alongside its iron.
After menopause
Your priorities may change
Iron requirements fall to 8 mg after menopause, while calcium requirements increase.
You may prefer to have Greenher as part of breakfast, including alongside calcium-rich foods such as yoghurt or milk, rather than deliberately separating the two.
At every age
Food still matters
Greenher's formula stays the same, but where it sits in your day can change with your nutritional priorities.
Greenher is designed to sit alongside food, not replace it.
Greenher provides 12 mg of iron per serve. If you have haemochromatosis, or have been advised to limit iron, check with your doctor before starting.
