When we set out to make Greenher, we made one decision early that shaped everything else. We were going to build it for women's bodies specifically, not for a generic average that happens to get a different coloured label.
That decision gets misread sometimes. Every so often someone asks why a health food needs to be for women at all, as though the choice were a marketing angle rather than a nutritional one. So it is worth explaining what we actually mean by it.
Built around real differences
Women's nutritional needs differ from men's in ways that are concrete and measurable. Iron requirements are more than double through the menstruating years. Calcium and bone health take on particular importance as oestrogen declines. The way the body handles protein, the nutrients that matter most at different life stages, all of it shifts in ways that a generic formulation cannot account for.
Building for women meant making decisions at every level. The nutrient ratios. The dose of each ingredient. The format. The way it is meant to fit into a day. None of it was inherited from an existing generic product with the amounts left untouched. It was considered against what women's bodies actually need.
Designed to fill real gaps
We did not set out to make a product that does a little bit of everything in amounts too small to matter. We set out to address the gaps that genuinely show up in women's diets, in amounts that are actually useful, and to be honest on the label about what is in there and why.
That is also why we care so much about transparency. We would rather tell you exactly what is in Greenher, in what amount, and let you judge it, than hide behind a short panel that shows only the basics. You should be able to see the full picture of what you are putting into your body.
The whole point
Greenher is not a generic health food with a feminine label. It is built around the physiology, the life stages, and the nutritional gaps that are specific to women. That was the point from the very beginning, and it is still the point now.
The takeaway: We built Greenher for women's bodies because women's nutritional needs are genuinely different, across iron, calcium, bone health and more. Every decision, from the nutrient ratios to the dose to the format, was made against what women actually need, not a generic average. That is the whole point.
