A couple of weekends ago, we took Greenher along to P3 Recovery. Pulse at Burleigh Heads and spent the morning talking to women about how they actually look after themselves.
It was a brilliant few hours. There is something you only get from face-to-face conversations, the honesty of them, the questions people will ask in person that they might not type into a search bar.
We also handed out a lot of samples, and the response to the taste was one of the loveliest surprises of the day. Every single person who tried it loved it. For anyone who has ever braced themselves before a greens powder, that one really meant something to us.
One thing came up again and again
It was not a lack of willpower. It was not a lack of trying. The women we spoke to were thoughtful, busy, and genuinely interested in their health.
What they kept describing was the noise. Too much conflicting advice. Too many products, each promising something. No clear way to tell what is genuinely worth it and what is marketing. The feeling of being sold to, constantly, by an industry that does not always have their interests at heart.
That conversation is the whole reason Greenher exists. And it is the reason this newsletter and blog exist too.
What we are trying to do about it
Cut the noise. Share what is genuinely useful, in plain language, grounded in research. Be honest about what a supplement can and cannot do. Make something designed for women's bodies, not a generic formula with different packaging.
We do not think we have all the answers. But we think the direction is right: less noise, more substance, and respect for the woman reading.
