Why we are making this
Sleep is one of the most undervalued levers in women's health. The research is clear, even if the cultural narrative around it is not. Poor sleep affects mood, metabolism, immune function, cognitive performance, hormonal nutrition, and recovery from everything else life throws at you.
And women's sleep, particularly through midlife, is its own quiet challenge. Hormonal shifts in perimenopause and menopause affect sleep architecture. Hot flushes interrupt the night. The mental load of running a busy life rarely turns off the moment your head hits the pillow.
Most products in this space are made for everyone. We wanted to make one made for women. With the nutrients, the dose, the format, and the experience designed around what a woman actually needs from an end-of-day drink.
I designed it with post-menopausal women in mind, where bone health is critical. But let's be real - with lower dairy intake across the board, most women could use more calcium and mineral support. Sleepyher brings that to stack with your Greenher. Supportive for all women.
